I have used this product for 2 months and the result from blood tests look GREAT. Before this product I had to go to the gym every day, watch what I ate and still had 240 total. Now just one pill a day, I eat normal and go to the gym 3 days a week. My recent blood test show 190 total. THIS PRODUCT WORKS VERY WELL. I will order again.
