My husband and I have been using Cardiol for some time.  We started it to see if it would help my husband with his high triglycerides.  We did a blood test before we started and after 30 days.  His triglycerides dropped 130+ points after just 30 days.  We have kept up on it ever since and have seen a 400+ point drop.  Our family doctor said "I don't know what you are doing but keep it up- we said it is Cardiol and to recommend it to his patients" :)
