A friend who also suffers from Acid Reflux recommended that I take them because they, she felt, helped hers. I did take the two month supply and have been thinking about ordering again, but not for the reflux reason. I usually try to find vitamins that are in smaller quantities than some brands that require multiple pills in one pouch. I did not notice any real benefit to my reflux problems, but I knew they wouldn't cure it.
